The Test<\/h2><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">How does the Solivalis test work?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>The test combines two recognized scientific models: OCEAN (Big Five, personality traits) and RIASEC (Holland model, career orientation). In 92 short questions, you rate your preferences on a five-level scale. At the end, you receive your scores for each trait and your Holland code, which summarizes your professional affinities.  <\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">How long does it take to complete the test?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>Approximately fifteen minutes. You can move through it quickly: there are no right or wrong answers\u2014your first instinct is what matters. <\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">Do I need to create an account to use Solivalis?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>No for the Discovery version (free), which can be used without registration. Yes for the in-depth Profile version: an account is created automatically when you make your purchase, using the email address you provide at the time of payment. This account allows you to access your report again whenever you wish, retake the test, and exercise your rights regarding your data. You will receive all the necessary information by email to access your personal space after your order is confirmed.   <\/p><\/div><\/details><h2 class=\"faq-section-title\">2. Free Version and Paid Version<\/h2><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">What is the difference between the free version and the paid version (\u20ac4.90)?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>The <strong>Discovery<\/strong> version is free and provides your OCEAN scores, your Holland code, and a brief description of each trait.<\/p>\n      <p>The <strong>in-depth Profile<\/strong> version (\u20ac4.90\u2014one-time payment, no subscription) adds:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Strengths, vulnerabilities, and detailed advice for each of your 11 traits<\/li>\n        <li>Personalized career paths<\/li>\n        <li>The OCEAN \u00d7 RIASEC cross-analysis that illuminates your unique profile<\/li>\n      <\/ul><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">What payment methods are accepted?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment provider Stripe. Your banking details never pass through our site: they are entered and processed directly by Stripe, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. <\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">How long do I have access to my paid results?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>Online access to your in-depth Profile is maintained as long as your account remains active: logging in at least once every <strong>twelve (12) months<\/strong> is sufficient. You can access your report at any time from your account. <\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">How can I gift the test to someone?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>At the top of each page, click on <strong>Gift<\/strong>. Enter the recipient&#8217;s email address and your message (standard or personalized), choose the delivery date (immediate or scheduled for a birthday, for example). You can gift up to five (5) in-depth Profiles simultaneously. After your payment, the recipient receives an email with a secure link to take the test and access their in-depth Profile.   <\/p>\n      <p>Please note: as long as the recipient has not claimed their gift, you can cancel it and request a refund. The recipient has six (6) months to claim their gift; after this period, the gift expires and no refund is possible. See Terms and Conditions, Article 3 bis.  <\/p><\/div><\/details><h2 class=\"faq-section-title\">3. Retaking the Test<\/h2><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">Can I retake the test?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>Yes, as many times as you wish. From your <strong>My Results<\/strong> space, click on <strong>Retake the test<\/strong>. Your most recent test is retained with its complete results; the four previous tests are kept in the form of OCEAN and RIASEC scores, to track the evolution of your profile over time.  <\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">What do you retain from my previous tests?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>When you retake the test, your most recent result is retained in full (scores, detailed responses, syntheses). For your four (4) previous tests, we only retain the <strong>percentages of OCEAN and RIASEC scores<\/strong>, to allow you to track the evolution of your profile over time. <\/p>\n      <p>Detailed responses and in-depth analyses from previous tests are not archived and cannot be restored.<\/p><\/div><\/details><h2 class=\"faq-section-title\">4. Common Issues<\/h2><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">I forgot my password, what should I do?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>Click on <strong>My Account<\/strong> at the top right, then on <strong>Forgot password?<\/strong>. You will receive an email with a secure link to reset it. <\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">I did not receive my email after payment, what should I do?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>First check your junk or spam folders (the email may be there). If you still cannot find it, contact us via the Contact page, specifying the email address used during payment. We will regenerate your access within 1 to 3 business days.<\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">Can I get a refund?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>For a purchase for yourself: in accordance with Article L.221-28, 13\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content executed immediately after your express acceptance and your express waiver of this right, collected at the time of payment. Since your in-depth Profile is generated and accessible as soon as payment is validated, the purchase is final.<\/p>\n      <p>However, a refund remains possible in the following cases:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Double payment or multiple payment for the same profile;<\/li>\n        <li>Access not delivered after validated payment;<\/li>\n        <li>Confirmed technical error preventing use of the service;<\/li>\n        <li>Duplicate purchase of an in-depth Profile for yourself (the system is designed to prevent a second purchase for the same account; if such a purchase occurs nonetheless, it will be refunded).<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p>For a purchase via the &#8220;Gift&#8221; option: you can request cancellation and a refund as long as the recipient has not claimed their gift. The recipient has six (6) months to claim it; a reminder email is sent thirty (30) days before expiration. After this period, the unclaimed gift expires and is no longer refundable. When the recipient takes the test, you are notified by email; at that point, the purchase becomes final and is no longer refundable.<\/p>\n      <p>In all cases, contact us: we will find a solution.<\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">In case of a dispute, what should I do?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>In case of a dispute, contact us first by email: most situations are resolved quickly and amicably.<\/p>\n      <p>If we cannot find a solution, you can freely contact a consumer mediator, whose contact details are provided in our <a href=\"https:\/\/solivalis.com\/conditions-generales-de-vente\/\">Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n      <p>For cross-border disputes within the European Union, you can contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) France.<\/p><\/div><\/details><h2 class=\"faq-section-title\">5. Data, Account, and Confidentiality<\/h2><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">Is my data confidential?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>Yes, completely. Your responses are stored securely in Switzerland, are never sold to third parties, and are only used to generate your personal report. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used on the site. For details, see our <a href=\"https:\/\/solivalis.com\/politique-de-confidentialite\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">What happens if I do not use my account for a long time?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>Your account and your results are retained as long as you log in at least once every twelve (12) months. One visit per year is sufficient. Without logging in for twelve consecutive months, your profile is permanently deleted. A reminder email is sent to you thirty (30) days before this deletion, with a reactivation link requiring only a single login.<\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">How do I delete my account or my data?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>You can delete your account yourself at any time, from your <strong>My Account<\/strong> space, by clicking on <strong>Delete my account<\/strong>. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also write to us via the Contact page: your request will be processed within a maximum of one month, in accordance with GDPR.<\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">What exactly is deleted, and what is retained?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>When you delete your account:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Permanently deleted:<\/strong> your user profile, your email address, your test responses, your results (free and paid), your login history. This deletion is irreversible: no copy is retained.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Retained for ten (10) years:<\/strong> only the accounting and tax data related to any purchase (invoices, order number, amount). This retention is required by French law (Article L.123-22 of the Commercial Code). This data is pseudonymized to the extent possible and is only used to respond to any tax authority audit.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p>If you have never made a purchase, deletion is total and immediate, with no data retained.<\/p><\/div><\/details><details class=\"faq-item\"><summary class=\"faq-question\">Does the site use cookies?<\/summary><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>Only strictly necessary cookies: login session, language preference, and technical cookies from our service providers (particularly during payment). No advertising cookies, no audience trackers, no social media cookies.
