1. The Test
How does the Solivalis test work?
The test combines two recognized scientific models: OCEAN (Big Five, personality traits) and RIASEC (Holland model, career orientation). In 92 short questions, you rate your preferences on a five-level scale. At the end, you receive your scores for each trait and your Holland code, which summarizes your professional affinities.
How long does it take to complete the test?
Approximately fifteen minutes. You can move through it quickly: there are no right or wrong answers—your first instinct is what matters.
Do I need to create an account to use Solivalis?
No for the Discovery version (free), which can be used without registration. Yes for the in-depth Profile version: an account is created automatically when you make your purchase, using the email address you provide at the time of payment. This account allows you to access your report again whenever you wish, retake the test, and exercise your rights regarding your data. You will receive all the necessary information by email to access your personal space after your order is confirmed.
2. Free Version and Paid Version
What is the difference between the free version and the paid version (€4.90)?
The Discovery version is free and provides your OCEAN scores, your Holland code, and a brief description of each trait.
The in-depth Profile version (€4.90—one-time payment, no subscription) adds:
- Strengths, vulnerabilities, and detailed advice for each of your 11 traits
- Personalized career paths
- The OCEAN × RIASEC cross-analysis that illuminates your unique profile
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment provider Stripe. Your banking details never pass through our site: they are entered and processed directly by Stripe, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
How long do I have access to my paid results?
Online access to your in-depth Profile is maintained as long as your account remains active: logging in at least once every twelve (12) months is sufficient. You can access your report at any time from your account.
How can I gift the test to someone?
At the top of each page, click on Gift. Enter the recipient’s email address and your message (standard or personalized), choose the delivery date (immediate or scheduled for a birthday, for example). You can gift up to five (5) in-depth Profiles simultaneously. After your payment, the recipient receives an email with a secure link to take the test and access their in-depth Profile.
Please note: as long as the recipient has not claimed their gift, you can cancel it and request a refund. The recipient has six (6) months to claim their gift; after this period, the gift expires and no refund is possible. See Terms and Conditions, Article 3 bis.
3. Retaking the Test
Can I retake the test?
Yes, as many times as you wish. From your My Results space, click on Retake the test. Your most recent test is retained with its complete results; the four previous tests are kept in the form of OCEAN and RIASEC scores, to track the evolution of your profile over time.
What do you retain from my previous tests?
When you retake the test, your most recent result is retained in full (scores, detailed responses, syntheses). For your four (4) previous tests, we only retain the percentages of OCEAN and RIASEC scores, to allow you to track the evolution of your profile over time.
Detailed responses and in-depth analyses from previous tests are not archived and cannot be restored.
4. Common Issues
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on My Account at the top right, then on Forgot password?. You will receive an email with a secure link to reset it.
I did not receive my email after payment, what should I do?
First check your junk or spam folders (the email may be there). If you still cannot find it, contact us via the Contact page, specifying the email address used during payment. We will regenerate your access within 1 to 3 business days.
Can I get a refund?
For a purchase for yourself: in accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content executed immediately after your express acceptance and your express waiver of this right, collected at the time of payment. Since your in-depth Profile is generated and accessible as soon as payment is validated, the purchase is final.
However, a refund remains possible in the following cases:
- Double payment or multiple payment for the same profile;
- Access not delivered after validated payment;
- Confirmed technical error preventing use of the service;
- Duplicate purchase of an in-depth Profile for yourself (the system is designed to prevent a second purchase for the same account; if such a purchase occurs nonetheless, it will be refunded).
For a purchase via the “Gift” option: you can request cancellation and a refund as long as the recipient has not claimed their gift. The recipient has six (6) months to claim it; a reminder email is sent thirty (30) days before expiration. After this period, the unclaimed gift expires and is no longer refundable. When the recipient takes the test, you are notified by email; at that point, the purchase becomes final and is no longer refundable.

In case of a dispute, what should I do?
In case of a dispute, contact us first by email: most situations are resolved quickly and amicably.
If we cannot find a solution, you can freely contact a consumer mediator, whose contact details are provided in our Terms and Conditions.
For cross-border disputes within the European Union, you can contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) France.
5. Data, Account, and Confidentiality
Is my data confidential?
Yes, completely. Your responses are stored securely in Switzerland, are never sold to third parties, and are only used to generate your personal report. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used on the site. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
What happens if I do not use my account for a long time?
Your account and your results are retained as long as you log in at least once every twelve (12) months. One visit per year is sufficient. Without logging in for twelve consecutive months, your profile is permanently deleted. A reminder email is sent to you thirty (30) days before this deletion, with a reactivation link requiring only a single login.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can delete your account yourself at any time, from your My Account space, by clicking on Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also write to us via the Contact page: your request will be processed within a maximum of one month, in accordance with GDPR.
What exactly is deleted, and what is retained?
When you delete your account:
- Permanently deleted: your user profile, your email address, your test responses, your results (free and paid), your login history. This deletion is irreversible: no copy is retained.
- Retained for ten (10) years: only the accounting and tax data related to any purchase (invoices, order number, amount). This retention is required by French law (Article L.123-22 of the Commercial Code). This data is pseudonymized to the extent possible and is only used to respond to any tax authority audit.
If you have never made a purchase, deletion is total and immediate, with no data retained.
Does the site use cookies?
Only strictly necessary cookies: login session, language preference, and technical cookies from our service providers (particularly during payment). No advertising cookies, no audience trackers, no social media cookies. This is why no consent banner appears on the site: it is only required when non-essential cookies are used.
